I treated myself to a new lens at the weekend, and I already love it; just don’t ask me why the only subject matter I’ve found so far is poor old Petra, who has never enjoyed having her photo taken. Look at the shallow depth of field, and the sheer amount of light it lets into the camera!! Can’t wait to try it out on more stuff!
Bless her!! You can almost see what she’s thinking: photo no 1: ‘Oh God, Mum’s got her camera out – again..’; photo no 2: ‘If i ignore her she’ll go away..’ (i love the one open eye!!) & no 3: ‘Are you still here..?’.
